Is your website
compliant?
Enter your address and we read what actually loads on your homepage: which trackers fire, whether a consent layer is present, and whether Google Consent Mode v2 is wired.
Free · No signup · We read your homepage once, like a first time visitor, and your results show up right here.
Four checks — and we open your container.
The scanner fetches your homepage the way a brand new visitor would, then opens your Google Tag Manager container and reads what is actually inside it. Most sites keep their banner and their tracking tags in there, invisible to a scan that only reads the page.
Tracking technology
Which analytics and advertising tags ship with the page: GA4, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and more.
Consent platform
Whether a consent layer is present in the load — Velo, Cookiebot, OneTrust, Usercentrics and twenty more.
Consent Mode v2
Whether a consent default is set before Google tags load, so declined visitors get modelled instead of lost.
Cookies before consent
Whether tracking cookies land on the very first response, before anyone could possibly say yes or no.
A first pass, not a verdict.
This scan reads the HTML your server sends, your content security policy and the contents of your Tag Manager container, without running JavaScript. What it cannot tell you is the part that decides compliance: whether your banner actually holds those tags back before a visitor chooses, and what fires anyway. Nothing detected is inconclusive, never a clean bill — the full audit is the honest next step.
Failing the check?
Velo fixes it.
